Circular Roots

Our institutional backbone that ensures sustainability, governance, and replication of youth-led hubs.

Projects

  •  Skills Strengthening – We currently focus on: Peer-to-peer learning, external guest trainers, free online resources and shadowing artisans.

Circular Growth

A skills and enterprise development track turning training into income.

Projects

  • Practical Skills Sprints – We offer short, hands-on skill sessions tied directly to what Bunny Hops is already doing. We use a 1-3 day model: learn → make → try to sell.

  • Informal Mentorship & Artisan Exposure – Light-touch mentorship through: Shadowing, short placements, and guest sessions.

  • Micro-Enterprise Try-Outs – Youth sell products together under Bunny Hops and learn what works through starter experiments. Most youth don’t need a business plan, they need a first customer.

  • Basic Digital & Market Skills – We do this using social media platforms, taking good photos & videos, impactful captions and tracking reach.

  • Recognition- (not certification yet) We provide Skill internal recognition badges after demonstrated skill, peer confirmation and consistent participation.
