Circular Growth
A skills and enterprise development track turning training into income.
Projects
Practical Skills Sprints – We offer short, hands-on skill sessions tied directly to what Bunny Hops is already doing. We use a 1-3 day model: learn → make → try to sell.
Informal Mentorship & Artisan Exposure – Light-touch mentorship through: Shadowing, short placements, and guest sessions.
Micro-Enterprise Try-Outs – Youth sell products together under Bunny Hops and learn what works through starter experiments. Most youth don’t need a business plan, they need a first customer.

Recognition- (not certification yet) We provide Skill internal recognition badges after demonstrated skill, peer confirmation and consistent participation.
